Nothing. The last instructive email I got was to try and resume the case (which I tried to do, but I saw no option to do; I was left only with the option to close the case). My case was closed four days ago (not by me), and my rewards are still not on my account. My concern is that EA has set an arbitrary expiration date for these rewards on March 31st, and I wonder if they will actually have done something by then. I worry that we'll get radio silence up to that date, then once it passes, any future complaints will just get stonewalled.
LMAO I mentioned that deadline in the last email with them and they completely disregarded it in their response. I have that same worry too. Check it out tho I see a bunch of people making forums not about missing our rewards but about making topics about bringing the whole thing back to re earn so either way I’m fine with either outcome I js want my things man.
