Asia/South East Asia Matchmaking Issue

Question

Matchmaking is bugged in Asia/SEA, it only finds games in progress for popular modes (i.e. Conquest, Breakthrough) and it never fills up the entire lobby for any mode, often you will get 6 players of each team and the rest bots, time of day makes no difference. And after the game's start, it will fail to find more people to add to the ongoing match past 6 players on each team.

The only way to get a match that's about to start is to finish one match and wait for the automatic matchmaking, if you leave and try to matchmake from the main menu, what described above occurs.

I am on PC if it helps, Crossplay is forced on I think so there's no choice.

I am facing the exact same issue. This needs to be fixed the game is unplayable like this. Very disappointing.

I'm having the same experience playing on Asian servers. The game takes like 3-5 seconds to put me into a lobby full of bots with maybe 3-5 players on each side.

Most of the games I have played in my 30 or so hours have been like this with more bots than real players.

Game is currently dead in Asia in it's current state. I would refund the game if I could but I have already played too much lol..
