audio cutoff bug

After the latest patch, the audio is completely broken. In any match, after 10 seconds or minute of play, the sound is completely disabled not only in Battlefield, but also in Windows. When exiting the game, the sound in Windows returns.

For three days I corresponded with the stupid gpt chat in ea support... As a result, I received the answer "no solution available".. I have never seen worse support than EA in all my 47 years of life.
