I'm in the same boat. I noticed my tickets were marked resolved even though I still haven't received all the rewards for the BF Pro bonus path.

Yea I soft locked my self out of them just because I did all the challenges in 2 days before they finished the final challenge with the 85 points. Really makes me mad that they still didnt give the players their skins. I will definatly not be buying another Battlepass or Pro if this is not resolved.

Don’t expect that you’ll ever receive anything. They can only promise, not deliver. I’m still waiting for the EA outage compensation, which—according to them—was resolved a long time ago, and many players are still missing their rewards.

I spent an hour in EAs support system to let them know that I am still waiting for those rewards and I have yet to receive the in game mail. Every time I mention that I purchased the Pro Pass on Xbox. The customer service tells me to contact Microsoft about this issue.
I talked to 3 different people in an hour and all denied me further help.

I contacted support about this last night as well. They said they're aware and working on a fix. I'm not going to hold my breath. It's quite frustrating that we cannot get the content we paid for because of a technical error on their end.

Hahaha great. I just reached back out to support and the status of my ticket has changed to "no fix available." It looks like we can't get the content we've paid for. Fantastic.

This really makes me angry, especially because the content was received by people who have never purchased the PRO version. I am very disappointed.😞

I've had the same thing happen too where I beat the challenges before it was patched. Still no rewards and no in game message. I've contacted EA several times regarding this and they still haven't gotten back to me.
