Bug: Not able to respawn after editing loadout in Domination/Team Deathmatch

I can replicate this in every game. You can also try it just die and instantly edit your loadout you won't be able to respawn. Been in the game for MONTHS. Fix it please it's annoying i can't play... 

Also why is there no BUG tag?
