[AWARE] "Game Not Released” Message on Steam

Haven't been able to play the game on steam because of this error, not sure what to do about it. Been waiting 6 hours to play. 

Did yo uattempt to end task using task manager for Steam and relaunching it? MY experience was that it was similar to you until I did that. Then it was "unpacking" the game on next restart. Once that completed, I was able to play the game in its entirety. 

I have tried literally everything that people have been saying to do, and nothing has worked. Still get the same GAME NOT RELEASED on the download page.

that's really bizarre, you  may have to contact steam then....

HAD THE SAME ISSUE all i did is went to library and clicked play. funny how it works.

All honesty I think the game sucks!! I buy games to play not sit and watch! I hate having to watch so much BS then play a little then watch more crap! Going to get a refund I like game to play not watch half the time the game has good graphics but def not my kinda game! I came back this evening the game started back at the beginning again then when I clicked play it restarted all over again yeah I'm all set with this nonsense!

This worked for me, thanks. I'm guessing the manifest file gets messed up when you choose to uninstall campaign and hd packs in game.

Just don't click random links on the internet in general. That's pretty good rule I thought we all had down by now.

Nvidia App -> Graphics -> Global Settings-> Smooth Motion -> Off
