Im already running a sata ssd for both game files and windows files seperately and i still get the problem

adamdawson7 seems like yours is a different issue then. My sata ssd is perfectly stable on an am5 platform and 7800x3d. Try looking for kernel power 41 errors, it might be a power supply issue
