Banned with no penalty history
Since starting playing battlefield 6 at launch on Xbox series X, I have received three 3-day suspensions and each time I scanned the QR code it sends me to a blank penalty history. It now says I am blocked due to violating an ea user agreement and my penalty history is still empty so I am not able to file any sort appeal. I have never cheated or exploited any sort of glitch so do not understand the issue. Is it just accounts reporting me for killing them? I do not know what to do and it’s frustrating, is there a number I can call to get this resolved? I feel like I got stiffed for $100 and now can’t even play my favorite game. It even banned me from using battlefield 4.

While there's not a number to the Terms of Service team, you can still fill out an appeal even if your Penalty History is blank.
Please follow these steps to create an appeal so our ToS team can take another look at whatever activity led to that ban - there's a section specifically mentioning how to proceed if it's not showing up in your Penalty History. Thanks!
