Battlefield 6 won't open

Yeah. Same issue here bro, With this game is also too much sluggish now, Lags too much. I have done everything till now, even contacted the helpline but nothing is working.

I used to have problem with the lag too before when I bought the game a month ago , made some fixes for a bottleneck problem , and it worked , but after some updates things started to get weird , I had weird delay while playing Bf6 and talking either on Discord/TeamSpeak , then I had some latency and packet loss problems , and now this problem with crashing on start up.

In case you can find any fix or something , let me know , I really need it too.

I am facing same issues till now. Whenever i get the solution, I will let you know. 

Same, i had this issue for a week and it was working with a verify integrity files check fix. Everytime.   

Now that is not working either. 

Useless from help so far from ea.    

To be honest , I don't want to sound mean or smt , but the verify integrity files at some games , is pretty useless...

Some launch issues been Solved by, starting with the simplest suggestions first:👇


1: Running Game and EA anti cheat as Administrator.

From the primary game folder Right Click BF6.exe select More options, Properties, Compatatibility, check: Run this program as an Administrator, make sure Run This program in compatibility mode is not enabled.

Repeat this process for Javelin EaAnticheat launcher as well.

2: While at the properties page, make sure your windows user has full Control access and Especially Modify Control:

And not like this: 

If you still cannot successfully launch the game after this, Penguin suggest you go to the primary folder of the game 👉 EAAnticheat, Launch: EAAntiCheat.installer 

Do not click repair, but select uninstall, the uninstall seems to have higher success rate than ''Repair''.

After this you can try re-launch the game.
If this doesn't work we can still dig deeper, but this is at least a few recommended steps that has worked in some cases on this forum.

Thanks for reaching out and trying to help me , sadly , nothing worked , I uninstalled the EAanticheat , did the run as administrator thing you told me to do , and also the Control access... sadly , still the same , I see the EA Anti-cheat splash screen , then a small black screen of the game and then it closes... I don't know what to do anymore , nothing works , this is annoying , it's literally money wasted on something that doesn't work anymore after a 50hrs of gameplay without any problem.

Penguin wonder, have you attempted to temporarily Disable Windows 11 Security Features? And then try launching the game.

To Ensure and Rule out it is suggested to test if Windows Security features isn't blocking the games access.

You want to Allow BF6.exe and EA Anticheat files through Windows 11 Firewall.

Some users have also reported needing to adjust Windows Security ''Exploit protection'' by manually adding BF6.exe and disabling Control Flow Guard in the program settings.

Nope , still nothing , BF6.exe and EA Anti-Cheat are both allowed in the firewall , any other fixes...?

Penguin suggest next step is to rule out any and all Windows User account issues that might cause this:

If we create a fresh and new local Windows 11 user and try launch Battlefield 6 from that user, if it launches from a different user then we can be pretty certain it could be related to Windows 11 user settings, system permissions, config files etc:

1: Run CMD as administrator:  net user wantedusername wantedpassword /add

If you want the user to not have a password simply type in: net user wantedusername /add

(Replease the text wantedusername with any username you like to use for this test)

Once this is done, sure try log into the new windows user and try launch the game from there.

You can easily delete this user again if it doesn't do the trick.

If this works, then we are closer to finding the root cause, this has actually worked in some other similar crash cases since 3rd March.
