Battle pass bug

I just recently bought the battle pass on battle field red sec on ps5. an some of my items like the  ‘’speak no evil ‘’ skin an some other items from the battle pass  are missing I try to go put the skin on I wanted to use an it says it’s locked I restarted my game an waited days hoping it would fix but it hasn’t EA please fix this bc I spent my own money on this an can’t even use what I wanted SCAM!
