Battle pass issues?

So I paid for the 10 usd version of the battle pass and to be quite frank I either want a refund or for this matter to be resolved asap. I unlocked the first part of the battle pass. The 2nd is the canis lupus gun. I did not receive that in my loadouts tabs even tho there's a check mark under the battle pass section clearly indicating it should be unlocked. I've done the basics such as restarting my PC and client. Gun still does not show up in my loadouts tab. This gun is badass looking so I'm extra pissed about it. Here's a pic of it. It's beautiful. I've spoken to 3 tech support people and they were no help at all. 2 hours of my time wasted talking to them for nothing.
