Battle Pass Tier Rewards is still locked

Hello EA Support, I recently purchased the Battle Pass Pro from steam but haven't received the rewards for tiers that should already be unlocked. For example, I have completed Tier 11 but did not receive its reward, and there are several other missing tier rewards. Please investigate this issue and restore the missing items Thank you.

Hi yeah I'm having the exact same problem on the XBox X so was wondering if you have been able to resolve it if so how & what did you have to do ? Thanks
