Battle Pass

Good morning, 

I have Battlefield 6, through the EA APP. I have contacted EA through the chat and they have told me to write here, that although I am right, they cannot help me because they do not manage the rewards.

The problem is that they told me that I would have the battle pass when it came out a couple of days ago as compensation for the connection problems on the way out. But it will wait a few days, I have done it and I still don't.

I don't know if I have to do anything else or where to go.

    Thank you, you are the only one who has responded to me, the chat sends us to the forum, no one says anything. and today we are still the same, waiting and seeing no solution.

    Yet again - support sending people here looking for a solution when they know full well that no one here has the ability to sort out the problem !!!!!
