Still Missing 300 Battle Coins

I have completed Season 1 Ghost Edition on my PS5 but only have 800 coins when I should have 1100. Despite five calls to EA customer service and multiple open tickets my coins have not been given to me. I have never purchased anything with coins and the issue started when I called EA back right after launch because my pre-order items were missing. That issue was fixed but the first 300 coins I unlocked with season 1 Pro disappeared.

Why is it so difficult for EA to resolve these problems? No effort to help players and give players the promised rewards is why the players have all left and now as season 2 approaches the game is dieing. FYI my ticket number is 235984704.
