Still Missing 300 Battle Coins

Question

I have completed Season 1 Ghost Edition on my PS5 but only have 800 coins when I should have 1100. Despite five calls to EA customer service and multiple open tickets my coins have not been given to me. I have never purchased anything with coins and the issue started when I called EA back right after launch because my pre-order items were missing. That issue was fixed but the first 300 coins I unlocked with season 1 Pro disappeared.

Why is it so difficult for EA to resolve these problems? No effort to help players and give players the promised rewards is why the players have all left and now as season 2 approaches the game is dieing. FYI my ticket number is 235984704.

having the similar issue right now season 2, my battlefield coins rewards from the bpass not reflecting. from the 1st path of season 2 up until the 2nd path Hazardous Front i got it instantly which has 500 battlefield coins total. Now I finished Steel Talon the 3rd path which has 200 coins reward. Also progressed 5 tiers on the 4th path Woodland Rangers which has another 100 battlefield coins. But my total battlefield coins are still 500 which should be 800 by now. All the other rewards like skins, stickers and icons etc., i got instantly its just the coins that are missing. Seems like EA doesnt want me to have a free battlepass for next season lmao.
