Battle pass

I would like to file a complaint, when looking at my battle pass status, I wanted to use some of my battle coins to advance the entire tier of “WOODLAND RANGERS.” It was stuck on processing and never advanced me but took my coins. When I realized what happened, I only had enough to advance to 18/22? Is there any compensation for this technical error?
