Battle Royal Stole my Sledgehammer

While trying to complete some challenges for the CA Restiance i need a sledgehammer to break into the boxes, but every time i join a BR only my basic knife shows up and even after using a custom weapons box still just the knife is available to me, and if this isn't fixed i will lose out on a timed challenge because of a server side error. any tips or advice to be able to get the issue resolved?
