The 5-level Battle Pass skip I purchased via BFC has not taken effect. It has been 24 hours, and I have played a full game session, but my level is still 106 instead of the expected 110. Is this a bug? I previously sought help on EA Help, but it showed that advisor support is unavailable, and I currently cannot resolve this issue.
I think the tier skip only applies to 'skipping' bits of the Battle Pass - it will not level your rank up
Last night I bought some tier skips since I am close to being done with the Battle Pass. I bought a pack of 10 skips (which was 800 credits,) but I did not get the skips. I went to my Battle Pass and I was still at the same tier that I was before I bought the skips. It's not a big deal, only 800 credits, but I don't like that I wasted 8 bucks lol. Has anyone else had this problem? I've already contacted Support about this issue.
Yes this is correct. The skips ONLY apply to the Battle Pass. Although I also bought some tier skips FOR the battle pass and it didn't work.
I've seen some people say there's a bug with skipping the last 10 levels of the battle pass, but I'm not sure if it's only for those last 10 levels or the entire pass. Have you fixed your battle pass level skip issue?
No I haven't. Ahhh I see. I'm on Prestige right now and am trying to skip ahead to finish the pass entirely. The issue has not been fixed yet.
I have the same problem, i bought 5 tier skip yesterday (20/7-26) to complete season 3 before season 4 arrives.
But nothing happened, just took my points
