Alright, looks like I figured out what caused it too

I re-installed the game and found the root of the problem! I uninstalled it, then refreshed both the EA App and Epic Games Launcher (just in case). After that I noticed that Battlefield 6 had changed to Battlefield: Redsec — I suspect they updated the game product because the mode became free-to-play.
Once I re-downloaded it under that new listing, I was able to launch the game correctly!

its an EA server connection issue. Ive already went through countless diagnostic and troubleshooting check. Anything you do is pointless. Because i found out all the troubleshooting problems for the undefine error has nothing to do with what I just mentioned. Everything regarding the undefine error 1:86001S:89001S: is all an EA thing.
