Belithraldir sounds like a CPU bottleneck. Please post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay enabled. Set it to Advanced.

Why It just doing in official servers, not in server browser.
I played 64 vs 64 normal conguest in server browser created by battlefieldofficial, there was no problem in there.
It happens when I try to join a game on main menu.
This is not bottleneck.
