Community ManagerAs a test, can you switch to a wire to see if that improves your connection? Disconnects and lag are far more likely to happen with wireless connections.
Hi there, I wish I could however they layout of my house means this is literally impossible atm.. the ps5 isn't far from the router however I will try connecting a WiFi mesh directly to the ps5 and then to the router to try and resolve the issue
Community ManagerThat's most likely the problem then. With wireless, you're always going to have more lag and disconnects than being on a wired connection. Especially if your router is far from our console.
