That message appears to relate to a ban, I'm afraid. If that is the case, you'll need to try appealing to EA's Terms of Service team, as they're the only people who can potentially revoke a ban. If you wanted to try, the guide below should explain the process and a webform to begin the appeal. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in the message you're receiving.

I'm getting the same message and didn't even get to play the game, ea support says my account is fine, no bans. It's obviously an issue with the game that needs fixed.

I have an Xbox. Did the same thing because my name is not the same on my xbox as it is my ea. I also do not know why i cannot add my "TQ x" to the front of my name because it "isnt allowed" so I cant fix mine but match your ea name to your ps name and it might resolve it?
