Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted? ...

I don't have a main game, and when i log into the game, it tells my account restricted

it tells me that my ea account is restricted even though i made it today and never played any game on it
i cant find any solution to this and its annoying me alot i just wanna play the game
anyone have a fix ?
i downloaded the game from staem
