Battlefield 6 Account Restricted - Platform Entitlement Bug?

i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?  ...

I'm having the same issue with buying the game on Xbox, went to play Redsec on PC, and the pc is erroring with the Account Restricted.

  • Which platform(s) do you own the base game on: Xbox
  • Which platform did you register REDSEC on: PC
  • Which platform shows the “Account Restricted” message: PC
  • Whether the other platform still works normally: Xbox
  • Roughly when you first saw the issue: a month or two ago.
