Cannot login error code 0:89001s:7c:-13561655840 Xbox

After new update, cannot login to play. Have done everything in imaginable including reinstalling the game, deleting other games, deleting individual sections of the game like campaign and multiplayer. Keep getting the same code  0:89001s:7c:-13561655840. Any help on this?
