i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?

Same problem with the EA app, PS5 and steam work fine, no issues with my account per support. EA app refuses to connect for the same crap reason affecting others.
Community ManagerAre you playing through Steam or the EA App? If you're on Steam, is your Steam ID different than your EA ID? If so, you could try renaming your Steam ID so it matches the EA ID. I've heard of others with a similar issue.
Tried LAN, Wi-fi and mobile hotspot same errors occur? I play battlefield 2042 no problems.
I don't see why that would make a difference surely putting it on a mobile hotspot would increase the chances of getting banned because I'm logging on from a different IP to what I normally do?
This is definatly something on EA's end I have no problems with any other games?

I had this same problem when I downloaded the game from the EA App. I fully deleted it from the EA App and downloaded it from Steam; it now works.

I’m having the same problem! I checked and no bans all good since account was created in 2012.
I cannot play BF6 on PC with my EA account which is linked to my xbox account. Everytime I start the game it generates the error code it screenshot attached but I have no penalty history. I no issues on new account I create yesterday. Is there a fix?
