Same, bought and play on XBOX just fine. Redsec on PC will not work.

Look at the sticky for known issues, this is what it says;
- If a player removes the "Battlefield 6 Marker "from their installed DLC on Steam, it will result in them being unable to play Battlefield 6 and will be presented with an "account restricted" message. Reinstalling this marker will allow you to connect and play once more.

"Contacting" the ToS team just gives everyone the same automated response, as i said. There's no option to live chat or email anyone on the team. Can EA please address the issue of Javelin issuing false bans?

Hi,
I own Battlefield 6 in PS5 but I also downloaded Redsec on PC to play in my laptop on the go. When I'm starting the game and get connected to the servers, I get the message "account restricted" the QR does not give me any useful information.
I play other games in my EA account without any problem, do you know how to fix this or if it's EA the ones that need to fix it on their side.
Thank you for your help. - NET_ERROR_OG4 months agoRising Newcomer
I’m having this exact same issue. I have it on Steam and it works just fine. I recently downloaded it via the Epic Launcher on my PC so I could have cross progression between my Xbox and pc. This message appears right after the opening credits

Ok. I downloaded in steam. Started it from there and it works. Just don't play it from the EA app.
Hopefully it might work for someone

Dude, read what everyone is saying. Nobody has a ban. It has nothing to do with it. I test FIFA 26 and it worked straight away.

Same, what a nightmare. No solution yet..

Yep. Seriously. He's wrong. EA confirm no bans. It's their issue not ours. But no one comes back to you.
It stinks. No problem on the Xbox.
