i bought battlefield 6 on my ps5 but now downloaded redsec on my pc, then linked my ps account. Now its showing “Your EA account is restricted from accessing online features.” Why am i restricted?

it tells me that my ea account is restricted even though i made it today and never played any game on it
i cant find any solution to this and its annoying me alot i just wanna play the game

I'm going through the same thing. I went through a few EA tech support all telling me my account has no restrictions or ban. I tried unliking the other account (xbox, steam and PS) didnt work. I don't know what else to do.

I have never played bf6 on ea app and as soon as I downloaded RedSec and tried to launch I was meet with this same error. I then downloaded the steam app and that plays it just fine. P.S. just checked and I have no violations on my account but still have this problem
It is not a ban.. I have it too. I play it on PS5 fine and have the full version of BF6. But trying to play RedSec on the Laptop worked once but now it says my Account is Restricted too. I'm not banned. I spoke to EA and they said they were aware of it and sent me here where you guys are all having a similiar issue.

so i downloaded redsec for the 1st time and it won't let me enter the game. it's saying account restricted so i checked my ea account and the only violation I've ever had was in 2022 and it was for 7 days.
the last ea game i played was the beta and i played all of the beta and I didn't have this issue.
is there anything i can do to play the game?
