Battlefield 6 asking for verification code

Every time I go to login it's asking for a verification code which I never receive.  Why is this happening  then I get a qr code with the error code 1:86001s:66003s:4688822970:0b

Same problem.Buy game,spend for battlepass and ekstra,and now give us middle finger.This is last time to buy any Ea game.
