Thanks for attaching the DXDIAG straight away. It helps.

The report looks pretty good except for the Diagnostics section at the bottom. It appears multiple applications are having issues. So, investigate those and you might find your solution.

If you haven't updated your BIOS, I suggest doing that.

Also, making sure you memory timings match your CPU's capabilities in the BIOS. My BIOS allows me to set memory timings higher than what the CPU could handle and that was causing issues.
