Battlefield 6, campaign mode white screen

Help please.

I recently purchased a playstation 5 pro a couple weeks ago and loaded BF6 onto it (10/10/26) and the game was playing well with no issues on campaign mode (game time 2hrs).

I hadn't played the PS5 or change any TV / PS5 settings since... Went to play yesterday and when I try to load the campaign game mode where I left off, I get a bright white screen but I can see team mates arrow / location icons, hear their voices and see the text subtitles along the bottom. I can move about but cannot see where I am going. All other BF6 game modes that I've tried are working, just BF6 campaign aint playing ball.

I have tried deleting BF6 from PS5 and reloaded it - same white screen issue, deleted BF6 from PS5 and wiped BF6 from users and accounts etc but get the same white screen, tried restoring licenses - no change, wiped the PS5 completely (as new from box) because I didn't have anything stored on it with any significance and started afresh, loaded and setup BF6 again  - no change with same white screen, tried restarting campaign mission - no change, tried switching visual mode to performance mode, no change, unplugged the PS5 reset Broadband router - same result.

Any help would be appreciated.
