Battlefield 6 can't get into game Case Number: 225901365

Ever since the lead up to BF6 in BF2024 i have been unable to load into a game of battlefield 2024 or NFS unbound. I was able to play both games before perfectly. Strangely I can play FC 25 with no issues still. Now the BF6 beta and BF6 itself I was never and still am not able to load into a game. I click search for game and it fades into a black screen with the Battlefield logo and brings me back into the lobby menu. I have tried multiple troubleshooting methods such as, re installing the game, using a different PSN account, unlinking and re linking my EA account to my PSN account, changing wifi and rebuilding the playstation 5 data base. Non of these methods fixed it at all. I asked GPT and it said there could be a shadow EA account that is connected to my PSN as well as my main one, but when I logged into my other EA account, it did not show that it was linked (whereas my main one is linked). This is very weird as I am able to play FC 25 but BF2024, BF6 and NFS Unbound do not allow me to join a game. I do not know if my other EA account is creating these issues, but I do not know how or if it is as it is no linked to anything. I will say however, when i signed into my main EA account to raise a live chat option, I received the confirmation of my case number on my other EA account. I do not know if this is linked or I made a mistake. Please help as I want to play BF6, but if it does not get fixed I will demand a refund.
