BF6 Slow Motion/Time Nudge issue

I'm running the game on a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3, specs:

RTX 3060 6GB
RAM 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Ryzen 7 5800H (8C/16T)

Laptop has fairly new thermal paste with good contact and sitting on a cooling pad, CPU usage is always maxed on all threads while GPU usage is around 70%, tried the user.cfg fix, limiting framerate, running game in fullscreen, no V-Sync, lowering all graphics, factory reset my OS, DLSS/FSR make the issue worse, my gpu fps is around 100 while the cpu fps can get as low as 35-40fps during certain scenarios (explosions, getting shot at), making the time nudge jump from 10ms up to 1000ms or higher, and my game basically runs in slow motion with awful input delay

Also campaign runs completely fine

My BIOS is pretty locked down so changing XMP profile is not an option

  • justjoeas check if the CPU frequency is downclocking in Windows Task Manager.

    • Run the game in windowed mode (alt + enter)
    • Open Task Manager (alt + ctrl + del)
    • Open the Performance tab, then right-click on the CPU graph and choose "Change graph to > Logical processors".
    • Set Task Manager to 'always on top' by clicking option

Now you can play the game and monitor the CPU speed while playing the game. Is it dropping below 4GHz?

Also check if the CPU RAM is in single channel mode or dual channel mode with CPU-Z. Dual channel mode offers better performance.

What about for a R5 5600G and a RTX 3060? I have been troubleshooting for hours, and I am over 60 FPS as far as the graph shows, yet the Time Nudge persists. Community servers work amazing and feel crisp and smooth. The beta ran flawlessly..can you help and will an update be released to fix this? Several people are having this issue. Thank you.

I tried your test above and my cpu was consistently at 4.10 Ghz,
