Banned for no reason

I bought battlefield 6 and it said that my account was permanently suspended for breaching community guidelines when I launched the game for the first time. I made multiple appeals all to have no response and talked to many customer service agents who cannot help me. Has anyone else had this issue? I feel scammed out of 70 quid
