Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

Same here. Santiago as well. When I pick community servers from NA everything gets resolved.... Any update for EA???? At least an acknowledgment??? This is extremely frustrating. I'm locked out of content because of this!!! I can't play Escalation!
