Yep same here, tenancy is set in Santiago every time I log in, I live in Florida. Was going crazy trying to diagnose it before I realized, thinking it was my own connection issues but nope. Even had the wifi service technician come out to do work on it. No matter what I do it always routes me to santiago, im done playing this trash heap of a game until they patch this. Wish I could get a refund honestly for all the time I wasted not even playing the game but trying to fix it. EA is trash.
