Bluthermal client frame time (CFT) appears to be spiking above 16ms in the graph. Which means your framerate is dropping below 60fps at times.
1000ms ÷ 16ms = 62fps
1000ms ÷ 17ms = 58fps
Notice how every time the blue CFT graph line goes above 16ms, the blue TN line also goes up in the LAT/ALAT graph.
This happens because if the framerate drops below 60fps it will cause time nudge (TN) to spike. Which causes lag.
In other words, the network lag you're experiencing is due to the framerate dropping below 60fps.
