Battlefield 6 connects to Chile servers instead of U.S. East

Hey, folks

Thanks for taking the time to let us know that the servers are connecting to different locations. We appreciate all the info you posted. Can we get the following from you so that we can pass it along to the team to have a look at?

• EA ID:
• Steam ID:
• Platform:
• Which console generation do you have? (NA if on PC)
• What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
• Date/time issue occurred?
• What type of issue do you have? Server connection issues, Lag/Latency, etc
• Summarize your bug: Be as specific as you can
• In which mode and or map has this happened?
• ISP name:
• Your Current Region:

Update: Thank you, everyone, for the information you have provided. Can you hop in the game, make the following changes, and snag a screenshot for us?

• Pause the Game
• Click on Options or the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
• Scroll down to System and click the network section.
• Click on Modify Network Graph.
• Click Edit.
• Turn on Network Widgets.
• Change Show Performance Bar to Always.
• Go back in-game, take a screengrab of the entire screen, including the bar up top.

Once you have your capture, the easiest way to update this is to edit your post and insert the screenshot of your game. We appreciate all of your fast replies on this one!
