If you cannot resolve the issue within 2 months, I have to logically assume no one on staff is competent. In your next update, include refund options. I am no longer interested in playing your game.

Unmark the solution please, also if you are looking for a refund from Steam - you can get one of those the same way that people refunded Doom Eternal when the kernel anti-cheat released for that game. Advise Steam support that EA rendered the game unplayable due to unresolved server side issues
