Battlefield 6 constant stutter/frame lag/ pinned 100% CPU usage

I play on PC, bought the phantom edition on steam for BF6 and played the beta. In the Beta, my game was genuinely unplayable. the constant frame drops and audio tearing made me try everything I could...

I had zero problems in beta but now the game runs like a slideshow with exactly the same settings. Tried lower settings, DLSS etc and still nothing :/ Really wouldve loved to play the game but like this its not worth it. Luckily I still could do a refund.
