"Slow motion" bug

Some of the CPU cores might be maxing out at 100% usage. To check if there are any CPU cores hitting 100% usage, open the Windows Task Manager CPU graph.

• Run the game in windowed mode (alt + enter)
• Open Task Manager (alt + ctrl + del)
• Open the Performance tab, then right-click on the CPU graph and choose "Change graph to > Logical processors".
• Set Task Manager to 'always on top' by clicking option
   
  Now you can play the game and monitor per core CPU usage. If any CPU core hits 100% usage the game will stutter and cause network lag.

Same here. And my CPU didn't go to its limit, nor overheated. 

I had the same problem. Tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked. I finally went back and looked at my key bindings and found out that the Sprint key binding never took. I feel like an idiot

In the main settings page look at the bottom right. It'll say Tenancy with a location. Mine is Santiago, which is in Chile. I'm on the east coast of the US, and can only find stable matches through the community server browser.

I have been experiencing the same issue since the beta.  I am on a laptop with a 13th-gen Intel i9-13900H, 32 GB 4800 MHz RAM, an RTX 4060, and a Dell external monitor running at 4K 120 Hz.  I have tried all the potential fixes: XMP (which isn't needed for me since my tickrate is well beyond the minimum requirement), reducing graphics settings to the minimum, playing smaller game modes, etc.  Many people online mentioned that BF6 may be assigning the latency and server management processes to the e-cores in my CPU.  Hence, I tried using ParkControl to run my p-cores exclusively while gaming, but that didn't work either.  My CPU never maxes out, and my temps are fine.  In fact, my setup can run every other game on the market just fine (with minor tweaks to graphics here and there).  Similar to you CobraAF​, I also live on the US East Coast, and my server is set to Santiago.  I am praying the devs fix this issue because I really want to play the game without feeling like I'm underwater.

The problem has been happening for me as well. Matches other than small scale maps have this problem. I have tried all the fixes I could find and so far there's nothing. This seems to be a bug that only EA can fix, so hopefully this will get patched soon

I have same problem, btw search in browser lobby, there my game is going normally, but when i search in multiplayer for random mod, its going "slow motion" CPU is like on 50% and fps 120+-

Slow motion with a 120fps framerate sounds interesting. Would it be possible to post a video of it happening with the in-game network performance graph on-screen?

I have the same issue. It's because of a high cpu latency. From 15ms it's too much. 
You can monitor your system  in-game in advanced through setting and select "Performance overlay -> simple" At the top right you can see your cpu performance.  It turns yellow when the latency is high. 

My cpu sometimes reaches  20ms it's very high (ryzen 5 3600)
