Battlefield 6 constant stutter/frame lag/ pinned 100% CPU usage

I play on PC, bought the phantom edition on steam for BF6 and played the beta. In the Beta, my game was genuinely unplayable. the constant frame drops and audio tearing made me try everything I could...

is this the issue everyones having playing fine for a couple mins then game freezes im in a discord call and the audio gets all distorted robotic and slow happens like every 5-7 mins of playing
