Battlefield 6 constant stutter/frame lag/ pinned 100% CPU usage

I play on PC, bought the phantom edition on steam for BF6 and played the beta. In the Beta, my game was genuinely unplayable. the constant frame drops and audio tearing made me try everything I could...

I think I am having same issues. Beta did not have problems, my hit registration feels off. I play on ultra at 140fps+ and feels like stuttering and bullets not landing on time..
