I discovered that Battlefield 6 Season 4 has a serious bug. Whenever I use my controller on PC, the trigger button shoots on its own. I've tried using different controllers, but the problem persists.In other FPS games, the controller works fine and doesn't glitch like this.

This just started for me today, I thought it was my controller but found this post.
May have solved the issue, it may be because your controller is also being recognized as X input. I have an 8bitdo, to turn off X input, turn off the controller then hold B + Home to turn it back on. It should now only be in D input. It has been working for me with no issue after I did this.

Same issue here. I unbinded all pc controls prior.
Same here with PS5 controller. Very annoying
It stopped after a specific update, and just started happening again
