Sorry to hear you've been running into crashes since Season 3, even after all the troubleshooting you have already done.

The logs also point toward possible instability in low-level graphics, memory, motherboard firmware, power, or hardware control software.

Please try the following:

Update the AMD chipset driver.
Check the exact revision printed on your motherboard and update it from BIOS F11 to the latest stable, non-beta BIOS available for that exact revision. (BIOS updates carry some risk, so please follow GIGABYTE’s instructions carefully.)
Perform a clean-boot test.
Reseat the graphics card and its power connection.
