Battlefield 6 Dropping Instantly To Desktop

As the title suggests, the game tonight (I hadn't played for 2 weeks) I cannot play more than 30 mins without it just POOF to desktop instantly, smoothly, bang gone. So I'm guessing you broke it rec...
