Battlefield 6 freezing my whole pc

I was just playing battlefield 6 and notice that when I was in a game and opened the settings menu my cpu usage gose from 60% to 80% and temps from 70 to 76 when I saw that I opened hwinfo to check voltage and watts everything was fine but shortly after game froze and everything was unresponsive only way to get to desktop was a hard shutdown by holding case power button when I turned back on it went straight to bios i clicked save and quit didn't change anything and went to windows normally tried it again and same thing happened with cpu usage and temps just this time took me to windows not bios anymore I have no idea was this could be or how to fix it I was having zero issues before I do have some oc they go as follows 

I have a gpu oc with msi afterburner

-15 undervolt with +100MHz 9800x3d

6000mhz 1 to 1 2000 fclk

memory context restore off and power down enable off (mentioning this just in case)

So im thinking it's my pc oc so I took of one by one even ram expo but still freezing in menu's 

So now im praying it's the game and not my pc
