Battlefield 6 game won’t start

Hi everyone. I just downloaded Battlefield six on my PlayStation five a couple days ago. I was able to play at one time without issue and today I tried to play it and it says cannot start game or app and gives me an error code in the top right corner of my screen CE-107891-6. I have tried all of PlayStation’s suggestions to troubleshoot, including deleting and reinstalling the game, renewing the game licenses, clearing the cache,  everything, with no success and PS support told me to try here for suggestions.
