Battlefield 6 graphics issues.

Whenever I try to use fullscreen/borderless, the game is locked at 60 fps. its not just limited by performance, its like i have V-sync on, even though i don't. but then i set it to window mode, and it frees the FPS. the problem then when its windowed is its limited to 1080p, and the FPS still isn't great. sitting at about 100 to 110 according to the readouts, but it feels like less, and less stable. I have a 5800 x3d, and a 6950xt, 32 gigs of ram. its a decent PC, but its hard to enjoy BF6 so far. Ive tries all the usual things,  updating drivers, bios, disabling the EA overlay and so on, but nothing has changed. the experience playing the beta was significantly better than the full game.
