Battlefield 6 keeps crashing on PC - Frequent crashes during gameplay

Hello,

I am experiencing frequent crashes in Battlefield 6 on PC.

The game regularly closes/crashes while I am playing, and this happens repeatedly. Because of this, I cannot play normally.

I have already checked my PC and performed memory/stability testing, but the problem with Battlefield 6 still occurs.

Could you please investigate my account/game crash data and help determine what is causing these crashes?

Please let me know if you need DxDiag, crash logs, dump files, or any other diagnostic information from my PC. I can provide them.

I would appreciate it if this issue could be escalated to the technical team if necessary.

    I would like to provide additional information about the troubleshooting steps I have already taken.

    My PC specifications:

    • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
    • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
    • RAM: 64 GB DDR5-6000
    • OS: Windows 11 Pro

    Troubleshooting performed:

    • Updated NVIDIA graphics drivers to version 617.42 using a clean installation.
    • Repaired and verified Battlefield 6 game files through the EA App.
    • Ran TestMem5 for 1 hour and 47 minutes with zero errors.
    • Windows Memory Diagnostic previously reported memory-related errors.
    • Checked Secure Boot and TPM settings.

    Despite all these steps, Battlefield 6 continues to freeze and crash to the desktop, often without any error message. I have also previously encountered the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error.

    Other games run normally, and I did not experience these crashes in Battlefield 6 before September 2026.

    Could the EA technical team please investigate this issue and advise on any further troubleshooting steps?

    I can provide DxDiag reports, crash logs, or other diagnostic information if needed.

    I have the same problem, just closes my game completely without a message or anything, can’t even enjoy the game

    The game crashes directly to the Windows desktop without displaying any error message. I launch Battlefield 6 through the EA app.
