Im experiencing this exact same issue. I had 2 crashes to desktop. Then, i had a whole system restart after that. I played about 40 minutes the first time and the game Crashed to desltop. Then i reopened it and played for 10 minutes and Hard Crash restart. EA are to blame. They wont/ Cant fix this issue..... Its hard to recreate because for everyone the issue is slightly different. i had look at the windows event viewer and initially the crash to desktop was a "ExitType: 0xE1C9DA25E2F11756 (0x5D00313B58C2695F)" EA JAVELIN ANTICHEAT. Event 1000. Used to get Event type 95 and FIXED that Crash to desktop by turning off/closing background GIGABYTE Motherboard software. Now after the latest patch its actually hard restarting now as well as the crash to desktop. Ive looked at almost everything. I cannot for the life of me FIX this..... This is EA's (Battlefield 6 studios) responsibility to fix but i have a feeling they are having a hard time trying to fix it for everyone. Most peoples exact problem that causes it is possibly slightly different...... We paid MONEY for this game and well, we just cant play it. It HAS to be fixed... otherwise i hope someone Sue's EA...

I am so freaking frustrated, the problem was never an issue for me, i tried EVERY SINGLE OPTION including deleting everything related to the game and EA and redownloading everything, am not even a smart PC dude and my gut said what u said its simply EA's issue they gotta get this fixed somehow or at least tell us what exactly is causing it because some solutions i tried work for about one or two sessions maximum and we back again to crashing

Hi there,
Hmm, before we can confirm whether this is exactly the same issue, could you please go to your Windows Registry and pull the following session information for me?
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EA\AC
Key: LastSessionId, provide the full string in the "Data" column.
Key: LastServiceSessionId, provide the full in the "Data" column.
It should look something like "1nplVHewuuDxiIy8ts3KSNzHJCgc8disxYKy99qYXTHdSBQY"
